Structure:
Not less than three persons, and not more than five, elected at each annual meeting for a term of one year.

Responsibilities:
Supplies nominations for all vacant or terminating elective positions whenever occurring during the year of incumbency, and may assist the Board in filling designative or appointive vacancies. In making nominations for elective vacancies, the nominating committee receives no direction from the Board other than notification of vacancies to be filled and the date of elections.
